eConfirmations API

If you're a travel company or virtual card provider, you can directly integrate with Sertifi's eConfirmations REST API to send eConfirmations directly to hotels within the Sertifi Travel Network.

By integrating directly with the eConfirmations API, you can send travel booking details automatically on behalf of your clients, directly to the hotels' Sertifi Portal, eliminating the need for fax and other inefficient online activities. This ensures your clients' complete booking details are sent quickly and securely to the appropriate hotels, resulting in a smooth on-site payment experience.

Note that you must sign an agreement prior to integrating with the Sertifi eConfirmations API. For more information, send an email to [email protected]

Accessing the REST API

Using the Sertifi eConfirmations API, you can gather a list of in-network Portals where you can send your travel booking details and get the relevant access tokens needed to send these booking details and receive a confirmation.
